Dell Technologies uses several different listening posts to obtain feedback from customers, partners and team members. This feedback is used to identify opportunities for improvement across our business and find ways to better connect with our customers. Typically, we do this via email surveys throughout the year, but during Dell Technologies World, we use the opportunity to connect with you in person.
This year, we’re collaborating with our Social Impact team inside the Engines of Human Progress exhibit to host our survey. Attendees coming to the booth will have an opportunity to learn more about our sustainability efforts, the importance of diversity in the workplace, how Dell uses data to improve customer experience, and much more. By connecting throughout the booth, you’ll have an opportunity to earn a tote bag printed with sustainable ink via Pollution Ink, and have Dell Technologies donate to Deaf Kids Code on your behalf.
If you are joining us for Dell Technologies World at the end of April, we hope you’ll come find us in the Solutions Expo at some point during the week.
